Courses
From the outset, you will be assigned a dedicated support manager. This individual will be your primary point of contact and will guide you through the registration process, help you select the most appropriate courses, and answer any questions you may have. You will work closely to understand your goals, preferences, and any specific needs, ensuring that your training plan is tailored to your unique circumstances.
Employers
Employers also benefit from our comprehensive support services. We recognize that businesses investing in their employees' development need to see tangible results. Our support managers work with employers to align training programs with organizational goals, ensuring that the skills and knowledge gained are directly applicable to the workplace. We offer detailed feedback and performance reports, helping employers track their apprentices' progress and celebrate their achievements.
Our Learners
We provide one-to-one mentoring, small group sessions, and personalised learning plans to help each student achieve their full potential. Our SEND-trained tutors create a safe, inclusive environment where learners can build confidence, develop life skills, and gain recognised qualifications.
