PJD Training Academy

At PJD Training Academy, we believe that education should be accessible, practical, and inclusive for all. Founded with a mission to empower every learner, we specialise in delivering construction training and SEND-focused courses that open doors to future careers.

 

Our academy provides a full range of construction qualifications and services — from Level 1 Awards in Basic Construction Skills and SEND short courses to CITB and NPORS-accredited training, NVQ assessments, and End Point Assessments (EPAs). Every programme is delivered by experienced, SEND-trained tutors who adapt teaching to meet individual learning needs and industry standards.

 

We work closely with schools, alternative provisions, colleges, and construction employers to create clear pathways from education into employment. Whether supporting a young person starting their journey or helping a skilled worker achieve accreditation, our goal is the same — to build skills, confidence, and opportunities for all.
